I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were pretty small, but the view of the Bosphorus was fantastic. The comfort level was good, though. The service was friendly and helpful, but there was a language barrier. The location was superb, near Taksim Square and the metro station, which was convenient. However, the daily walks could be a bit rough. The dining options were a letdown, with limited choices that repeated daily. On the positive side, the freshly baked croissants were a nice touch.

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The room was dirty upon arrival with previous guest's hair on the bedding and standing smelly water in the shower. However, it had everything I needed, and it was consistent around the hotel. The cleanliness and comfort were satisfactory, but the room was too small for my liking.
